Documents and terms

This document is the framework public offer of sole proprietor BS-SUPPLY for sourcing, purchasing and logistics-arrangement services. Other website cards, prices and timing remain informational until confirmed for a specific request.

Submitting a request with the consent checked accepts the framework terms. Specific-order obligations arise after the product, price, route and timing are agreed and, where applicable, an invoice is paid or a specification is accepted.

Depending on the agreed request, BSsupply may arrange sourcing, availability checks, supplier communication, purchasing, documents and logistics. Manufacturers, sellers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, payment providers and other contractors may be engaged.

The exact service scope, product specifications, route, price and allocation of responsibility are set out in the order quote or agreement.

The customer provides accurate product, quantity, purpose, consignee and permit information; gives timely approvals and supplies documents and confirmed payments.

The customer is responsible for the lawful intended use of the goods and accuracy of supplied information. Goods that are prohibited or require undisclosed permits must not be ordered.

A quote remains valid for the period stated in it. The final total may depend on exchange rates, actual weight and dimensions, carrier tariffs, duties, taxes, storage, inspections and other documented costs.

New paid work and material budget increases require prior approval, except mandatory or urgent costs needed to prevent greater loss where contacting the customer is objectively impossible. Refunds account for completed work, non-refundable third-party payments and mandatory law.

Timing stated before final confirmation is an estimate. Unless agreed otherwise, it starts once payment, documents and final product approval are received.

Timing may be adjusted for customer, supplier, carrier, customs or authority delays, route changes and circumstances outside BSsupply's reasonable control. Risk transfer and acceptance are governed by the contract, specification, transport document or agreed delivery terms.

The customer checks quantity, completeness and visible damage on receipt and records discrepancies in a report, waybill, photo or video. Hidden defects should be reported without undue delay after discovery.

BSsupply reviews supporting evidence and assists with claims against the responsible supplier or carrier. Manufacturer warranties and mandatory customer rights remain in effect.

A party is excused only to the extent it proves that performance was prevented by an extraordinary and unavoidable event beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, hostilities, terrorism, missile or drone attack, civil unrest, state of emergency, border closure, mandatory government action, export or import bans, sanctions restrictions and major infrastructure failure.

Naming an event does not create automatic immunity. The affected party must show the impact on the specific obligation, notify the other party within a reasonable time and take available steps to mitigate the consequences. Performance is suspended and deadlines are extended proportionately while the obstacle continues.

If the obstacle continues for more than 60 days and performance has lost its practical purpose, either party may propose an alternative route or end the unperformed part. The parties settle completed work, transferred goods and documented non-refundable costs. Insurance recovery depends on the applicable insurance and carriage terms.

To the extent permitted by law, recovery is limited to direct documented loss causally linked to a breach. BSsupply is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption or consequences of decisions based on preliminary, incomplete or inaccurate information.

These limitations do not apply to intentional breach, personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in this policy reduces mandatory consumer rights.

Messages in the account, Telegram and customer-provided channels may be used to agree an order and evidence the communication history. Customers must protect account access and report unauthorised use.

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and necessary cookies in the Cookie Policy. Consent may be withdrawn as provided by law, but this does not undo prior lawful processing and may make continued performance impossible.

The parties first seek to resolve disputes through the manager and a written claim supported by documents. Kazakhstan law applies unless mandatory rules or an individual agreement require otherwise.

If one clause is invalid, the remaining terms continue. A new version applies to later actions and orders after publication; material changes are not applied retroactively without a lawful basis. Mandatory law always prevails.
